Ha, I know this one! This is Katsuo the Kougra in Top Chop! In that game, he is tested for his physical strength, fighting skills, and mental concentration because he wants to be Shenkuu Palace Guard. I guess he is one now because he doesn't look this fierce in that game :) Congrats, Katsuo!
